Table Conference of World Ecological Forum (Beijing) Summit

Table Conference of World Ecological Forum (Beijing) Summit was held in Waldorf Astoria Beijing on Oct. 21st, which launched by GT Capital and Europe-China Culture and Economy Commission. There were about 50 experts, scholars and business executives from China and abroad attended to this conference.

Alec Arho Havrén, founder and chairman of WEF gave the speech on the forum and with Riso Rantala the CEO of WEF; Laurence, the CEO of Altares Group; Yun Teng, the Executive Director of International Energy Institute of International Cooperation Center of National Development and Reform Commission; Xinxin Xu, representative of Europe-China Culture and Economy Commission, and Jiang Chen, Chairman of WEF China Branch, together for the establishment of China-Europe Green Energy Promoting Center’s inauguration. Then, the World Ecological Forum Organization, Europe-China Culture and Economy Commission, Altares Group, GT Capital, and Windchimes Investment, together with start the China-Europe Green Energy Industry Fund.

The conference lasted one day, the topics discussed around the sustainable development of economy and ecology, green energy production and collection, intelligent sustainable cities and regions, green energy and the development of smart vehicles, green food development of ecological agriculture technology.

WEF will introduce Green environmental technology from Europe to China to provide technical support for the development and transformation of SMEs in China, and base on China’s actual situation, in order to promote China’s industrial upgrading, green energy development for the purpose, as the Chinese economy and the environment unprecedented opportunity balanced development.

The conference has been the strong support of the World Ecological Forum Organization and the Chinese government, enterprises and society. The aim is to create environmental and economic balance, in order to achieve sustainable growth, to lay a solid foundation for the World Ecological Forum (Beijing) Summit.
